I know that in Texas, poker is legal as long as the host site doesn’t collect a cut. I believe also that cash isn’t to be on the table. Use chips. Again, I don’t know what the law of the land is outside Texas; but if nothing else, you could make a courtesy call to the local authorities, anonymously.
